Sudoku Pagoda 1.1 by Absolutist is an ancient Japanese Sudoku game for Windows. We can download this shareware Sudoku game, evaluate, and play it free of charge for 60 minutes. If we like the game, we can purchase from the developer's website of from the user's interface. It is quite a nice game with rich and fine graphics. From the Main Window, we can enter our username, change our profile, play puzzle, puzzle creator, play arcade, register, continue our last game, options, help file, top score and quit. There are two games modes, traditional Sudoku with no time limit, or arcade, which has a time countdown. We can select the skill from novice, expert, and master. It is possible to select the number of grids and the characters, being numbers, letters, or Japanese characters. Best of all, we can create our own puzzles, choosing the characters and the number of grids, from 4x4, 6x6,8x8,9x9,12x12 to16x16. It features music and sound effect. The top score table shows gives the player and score and it is valid for 10 different players/usernames. This version runs under Windows operating systems. There is another version for Mac, as well.
